Beginning of Eating Clean and Getting Stronger and Faster Challenge – September 7, 2013
JCCF is starting another 30 day Challenge starting September 7, 2013. This will be a challenge to measure growth in Strength and Conditioning using these parameters:
1) Strength Gained in two Weightlifting movements determined by Wilkes Coefficient (TBA) on Septermber 7, 2013 at 9am
2) Conditioning of a WOD measured by Time (TBA) on September 7, 2013 at 9am
3) Inches Lost at waist and thighs
4) Lbs lost
Top Three Winners will get prizes. Although everyone in this challenge is a winner by signing up and getting healthier, stronger, and faster. Earning a better quality of life spreading into their every aspect of their life. 1st place) Choice of Reebok Nanos or Innov8’s, 2nd) Jump Rope and 3rd) Wrist Wraps.
This will be a $5 buy in that must be paid upon beginning of the challenge. You will be required to get weighed and measured prior to beginning the challenge. We will have guidelines of eating clean, healthy fats, proteins, carbs with vegetables and fruits. ( Dont’ eat bread or icecream). Almond butter is great, but don’t eat a half jar as a meal. Abstaining from all forms of alcohol. (yep, no red wine or tequila). They are guidelines. Strict guidelines, but we are adults and make our own choices, we will be there to help you make those healthy choices. Recommendation of getting to the box 3, 4, or even 5 days a week with rest days and mobility. These are tools to use get ahead. It won’t be easy. The first week will be the toughest. But we have seen your determination in the gym. We know each of you have the capability to carry on and conquer.

Possibly doing the WOD(s) on Monday or Tuesday instead of regular programming. JCCF team will do our best to get you to do the tests as best as we can. Bring on the week. “Slay your giant”
