Eight Week Fitness Challenge starts January 2016! – Members Only!
You have heard about it! And it’s almost here. Jefferson City CrossFit and their Semi-Annual Fitness challenge! 8 weeks of clean eating, training dirty, and crushing goals! And a community to back you along the way. Is 2016 the year you want to make the change? The year you are going to become, stronger, braver, and unstoppable?! You can still sign up for December OnRamp to hold your spot in the challenge. It starts December 3rd at 6pm. And for the first time ever, we have a special offer pairing with Laurel at LOVE2NOURISH to help you in your journey!
Mark it on your calendar! Saturday, January 2nd, 5:30 to 8:30pm we will have a POTLUCK that everyone is invited to kick it off! We will be celebrating our 3 year anniversary!
On Sunday, January 3, 2016. We will have a meeting to go over any questions membership may have from 3-4pm. Then all you have to do is show up on January 4, 2016 at a regular class time to participate! It is a $10.00 buy in.
Your data will be tracked over 4 different physical parameters.
1) Inches Lost
2) Lbs Lost
3) Strength gained determined by Wilks Coefficient in a named weightlifting movement.
4) Cardiovascular endurance scored by a prescribed workout of the day.
We will be pairing up members for partner accountability. Handouts provided. Discount offer with Laurel at Love@Nourish. And prizes to the top three finishers. Male and Female Divisions. And the retest is scheduled 8 weeks later on Friday, February 26, 2016. Be ready to meet the new FIT you!
