Ring Push ups 3 X ME UB
These will be alternating sets.  Perfect strict technique, no kipping.
 
Then 
 
EMOM for 12 Minutes
Odd Minutes 1 shuttle run to end of 2nd building and back.
Even Minutes 10 knees to elbows and 10 True push ups (old school PE class push ups.  Chest to floor and fully locked out at the top
