Friday Night Lights – JCCF CrossFit 2017 Open
Have you ever thought you wanted to sign up for a competition and see where you stand against the rest of the world?! Well, here is your chance. Jefferson City CrossFit Community, let’s go to battle together once again, screaming, yelling, sweating, cheering each other on!!

The CrossFit 2017 Open is upon us and consists of 5 workouts announced by CrossFit HQ once a week beginning February 23, 2017. This announcement is LIVE on Thursdays at 7pm Central time on the main CrossFit Games Website.www.games.crossfit.com.
On that following Friday Night, Jefferson City CrossFit will hold Friday Night Lights from 6 to 8pm to allow you to complete the workout, have a judge, scorecard, and submit your score.The Score Manager for Jefferson City CrossFit (Jake Holee) will approve your score after you submit it online at games.crossFit.com under your previous user Id and account.

Perform the WOD on Friday Night, and you have until 5 pm the following Monday to enter your score at Games.crossFit.com. PLEASE be aware out of courtesy to others, if you registered and expect to have a judge, you should be accountable and maintain a judges certificate yourself, so that you can judge another. Heat/Judge assignments start at 6pm sharp.
