5 Hang power snatches @ 70-75% of   1 RM snatch
Then 
10 minute AMRAP
Run 800m 1x
With remaining time
10 Box Jumps
10 KB Snatches  (5 each arm)
*run should take no longer than 5 minutes so scale accordingly.
