We’ll warm up with a few TGU’s for shoulder health


20 Min AMRAP – teams of 2

2 Rounds (Partner A does 1 whole round, Partner B Rests, then switch)

10 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)

5 Burpee Box overs

2 Rounds (same format)


*We’ll be using the new standards on the DB Snatches.  Have to pass eye level before switching hands, and BOTH heads of db have to touch the floor.
