Back Squat

Will have about 20 minutes to work up to a 2 RM, then 1×2 @ 95%, 1×2 @90%

Then

12 Minute AMRAP

20 KBS (53/35)

20 KB Push Press (10 per arm)

20 Split Squat (10 per side, find appropriate weight using bumper plates, 1 weight in each hand)
