Congratulations to our very own Daniel Mudd. He has been with us from what feels like the beginning. JCCF Family. He is a jokester and makes all of us laugh day in and day out. We love watching his determination and focus in a WOD and in our strength training. He knows the importance of form and strives for it! Family: I have an outstanding mother and father and 3 older siblings, a sister and 2 older brothers!
How long have you been CrossFitting: I have been with CrossFit for 5 months and I’ve been loving it!
Favorite CrossFit Weight Lift or Movement: My personal favorite lift is the Power Clean!
Favorite WOD so far: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 box jumps, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Power Cleans.
Why do you CrossFit: I CrossFit because its a funny way for me to get in shape and whats a better way to spend time CrossFitting with the people you love and are like family?!
Two CF goals: Complete 1 handstand push up and to Power Clean 150!
Advice to a newcomer: Come into CrossFit with a positive Attitude and to work as hard as you can so you can be the best you can be!
Favorite CrossFit shoes: Nano 2.0! Nano’s are very good looking shoes but i don’t have any as of now!
Favorite saying or abbreviation: My favorite abbreviation is PR! Its my Favorite because it draws my attention!!
Power Clean or Snatch and why?: I prefer Power Clean Because its one of my favorite lifts and it’s a fun lift! And a Snatch is way to hard for me since i’ve been doing CrossFit for only 5 months!
Push Press or Pullup and why?: I would Choose Push Press Because it’s a great way for you to work your arms and I just love the lift!
Row or Run and why?: This might sound Crazy but I prefer to run because it builds my endurance for CrossFit and Football!
Your Hobbies/Interests: My favorite hobby is football, and my interest is weight lifting!
Any physical or mental challenges you have in a WOD?: Just good technique because technique is gold!
Favorite Beverage: Tea!
Favorite Meal: Spaghetti!
Five year Goal: over 300 on my Back Squat!
What is one thing that people that know you may not know about you?: One thing that people don’t know about me is that I love to lift!
Who is a celebrity CrossFitter that you admire and why?: My favorite CrossFitters is Rich Froning! I admire him Because he is a hard working man and coach and he is a big inspiration to me!
