Fitness Challenge Baseline Day

30 Minutes to Establish:

1RM Strict Press

1RM Front Squat

then

400M Run

50 Air Squats

25 Burpees

This is to establish your baseline numbers for our 8 week nutrition challenge. ¬†If you “sand-bag” this, you’re only cheating yourself! ¬†Obvious sand-baggers will be subject to public humiliation, an insane amount of burpees, and revocation of all bathroom privileges..
