Please take a few minutes of your evening and watch these videos. Tomorrow we are doing “Hope for Cures” Hero WOD. We are accepting donations for a great cause. CrossFit Affiliates around the world will be doing this WOD and raising money for research for St. Jude’s Hospital.

The story of this amazing girl, Kate Foster. http://hope.crossfit.com/cures/video/kate-foster-central-east-regional and creator of CrossFit Greg Glassman speak a few words about the cause and CrossFit HQ’s role: http://hope.crossfit.com/cures/video/hope-cures-lesson-be-learned

We “get” to do this workout in honor children like Kate Foster and other children combating their illnesses.

THREE ROUNDS OF:
BURPEES
75/45lb POUND POWER SNATCH
BOX JUMP, 24/20″ BOX
75/45lb POUND THRUSTER
CHEST TO BAR PULL-UPS

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.
