3 RM Back Squat 

20 min work on
1. Deadlift from floor to knee and return bar to floor.
2. Deadlift from floor to hip and return to knee.
3. High pull from knee with full extension and return to floor.
4. PC
Once through all these is 1 Rep.  Complete three reps and add weight.
