Teams of 3 – 12 Min AMRAP

Rowing – 1 Calorie = 1 Point

Running – 200M Run = 10 Points

Jumping Rope – 10 DU’s (or 30 singles) = 1 Point

 

Just 12 minutes of fun.  Switch stations whenever you want, if you switch at all.  Just joking.  12 minutes of jumping rope would be killer.  Total combined number of points is your team score.
