Deadlift – Establish a 20 Rep Max.  (yep, you read that right)

then

100 Box Step ups (24/20)

100 Pullups

100 Hollow Rocks

(these 3 movements can be split up however you wish)

After those are complete, do 43 Burpees

That’s a total of 343 reps.  Each rep is in honor of one of the emergency services workers that died in the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001.  Every. Single. One.
