Clean and Jerk

Every 2 min for 14 min 1 clean + 1 Jerks begin at 60% of 1 RM add 15-20 # every 2 min, after a miss on either part subtract 15-20# every 2 min but add a jerk rep until you are back at 60%

10 Burpees
